You are doing well. Watch for meeting overload traps. Remember bad meeting
habits are contagious.

20 - 34= Danger Zone
You are overloaded. Learn to prioritize and filter wisely. Put more "think time" in your life,
especially after high demand meetings. Seek help before you get worse.

35 - 50= Highly Overloaded
Things may be out of control. You need immediate changes. Redefine your roles, goals, and priorities.
Ensure
your meeting participation focuses on the meeting objectives and the roles you are
expected to play. Seek help as soon as you can.
