OBJECTIVES:

Overload hinders corporate and personal effectiveness.  Faced with a critical shortage of talent, leaders need to take actions to improve effectiveness and reduce the negative impact of work and information overload.  Corrective action should be based on stakeholders' input and identifiable potential benefits. Our objective is to provide a simple tool to help knowledge workers and leaders:

  • Assess the level of overload that cause ineffectiveness in certain groups or organizations

  • Identify areas of possible benefits

  • Recommend possible improvement plans

  • Project possible returns from corrective actions or plans

   Comparing participants’ overload score to benchmarks and actual client improvement data will give you valuable overload risk indicators and highlight areas of possible improvements and potential benefits.
